Webb Core is pleased to announce our latest update to our wall systems: our Double Wall System is now available for use in 22′ high wall designs.

As CEO, one of Clay’s main priorities since the company’s acquisition in February has been to get to know you, our customers, better. The calls and onsite visits we have had throughout the spring and summer with you have helped us better understand where our systems shine today, and what you need from our products to meet evolving fab specifications.

We take your feedback seriously, and based on these conversations, General Manager Tom Galloway has led the team in engineering and testing upgraded wall heights.

We can now share that our walls are certified up to 22′ by AllStructructure Engineering. For this design, the vertical stud was re-engineered to provide more strength along with a 3″ wide modified channel batten on both sides to eliminate the need for additional diagonal or lateral bracing, which can take up much-valued clean room space.
